GENERAL

This newly refurbished house has four bedrooms in total, two downstairs bedrooms (a king and a twin), the other two being upstairs (a king-size bedroom and a single bedroom).

Entering through the front garden and the lovely stone porch at the front of the house you will find two bedrooms downstairs to the front, both having views to the beach, one being a double and the other a twin room. The hall leads you to the rear of the house where there is a dining room with south facing window to the patio/garden, and to the kichen and on finally to a downstairs toilet and back door which leads to the garden.

Upstairs there are the other two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed at the front with sea views, and one with a large single bed overlooking the garden. The sitting room is upstairs to make to most of the views out to the East Bay and the Bass Rock, furnished with lots of seating for all this will also has a wood-burning stove.

The family bathroom and separate shower-room are also on the first floor, with a wc on the ground floor.

PETS

One small well behaved dog is welcome, owners to bring own pet bed, keep them off the furniture and to clean up after them in the garden. £30 charge per dog.

Downstairs toilet, with wc and washbasin. Main bathroom with huge freestanding bateau bath and separate shower, and a further shower-room.

KITCHEN

Small fully-equipped kitchen, with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with windows on two sides to garden.

This property is arranged over two floors, two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and toilet being located downstairs, the sitting room and other bedrooms and bathrooms being on the first floor.
