GENERAL

This cottage is fitted out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Through the front door you enter into a small hallway, off which is the toilet, the cloakroom, and the sitting room comfortably furnished with sofa, easy chair, dining table and television/DVD.

There is a kitchenette is at the rear of the sitting room, with all the usual appliances and utensils, hopefully equipped with everything you should need.

The king bedroom is through from the sitting room with an en-suite shower room with wash-hand basin here too. Although you do not have a garden - this property is right on the quayside - there is a private bench by the front door where you can have you lunch (there is a folding table inside for you). Or while away a sunny afternoon, or two, watching the people go by.

As a lower quay resident you also have the right to hang your washing out on the communal lines right on the edge of the quay, there can’t be may places where you can air your laundry in the sea breeze (or quite so publicly!). A bonus with this cottage is the private parking space, highly sought after in the busier summer months. The thick walls of the cottage (and the gas central heating!) keep it very cosy in winter and cool in the summer, a wonderful little bolthole for any time of year.
