You access this apartment through its own private gated patio area to a dining sun room at the side of the house, which leads through to the kitchen and on to a long hallway from where all three bedrooms open into and ends at the main front sitting room at the front. Two bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and there is also a main bathroom with freestanding bath.

The private patio area is the perfect spot for an afresco lunch in the sunshine, and there is a gate at the rear of this which leads out to Coos Green, a lovely large grasssy area much loved by all dogs and kids for a spot of running about!
