GENERAL

This property has everything to keep you amused in all weather conditions: deck chairs to take down to the lower quay to catch the sunset with a drink; buckets and spades; books; DVDs; board games and jigsaws when you need to tuck under the rug with the shutters shut and the fire going. A couple of steps up from the pavement, through the front door you enter into the hallway, off which there is a downstairs toilet with wash-basin, cloakroom/cupboard, and the main living quarters. The sitting room is furnished with two sofas and wood burning stove. The room has been decorated with painted boarding and shutters on both its windows.

There is a wood burning stove in the sitting room - lovely for taking the chill off a Scottish spring evening after a long day on the beach - and a TV and DVD player. The kitchen/dining room has been laid-out to be easy to use, sociable, and making the most of its location and views. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, radio, and hopefully all the crockery and utensils you could possibly need for your stay. The dining area is by the window with built-in paneled bench style seating, up-to 6 can squeeze in here. The bedroom is upstairs with views from both sides of the room. It is furnished with a king bed and a couple of easy chairs - you may find it hard to leave this lovely room.

Adjoining the bedroom is the newly refurbished main bathroom, which has a tiled walk in rain shower and a loo with a magnificent view.
